Steps to make to make Sukha Bhel Mumbai Style

  1. In a mixture jar add coriander leaves (wash and dry them), add roasted chana and ginger.
  2. Add spicy green chillies, less spicy green chillies (adjust according to your preference), add black salt.
  3. Add salt, black pepper powder and jeera powder.
  4. Add everything in a mixer jar and grind into a fine powder, as this is dry chutney make sure not to add any extra water.
  5. If your chutney becomes like a paste add some more roasted chana and crush again. You can store this chutney in a airtight container for up to a month in a refrigerator.
  6. For making Bhel, chop tomatoes, onions, boiled potatoes, raw mango into small pieces. You can add or remove ingredients as per your choice, nothing is compulsion.
  7. In a bowl add puffed rice / Kurmura, add roasted chana and peanuts.
  8. Add masala chana daal, potatoes and tomatoes.
  9. Add onions, raw mango and spicy dry green chutney.
  10. Add sev, fresh chopped coriander leaves, lemon, chaat masala and lemon. Mix well and serve immediately.
