- 1 bowl Puffed rice/murmura
- 1 Chopped onion small
- 1 Tomato chopped small
- 1/2 Grated carrot
- 1 cup Sev chuda/ mixtures
- 1 tsp Sweet chutney
- 1 tsp Green chutney
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Pomegranate seeds
- 2 tsp Chopped Coriander
Instructions to make to make Manchurian Bhel
- Keep the required ingredients ready. Crush corns. Mix maida, corn flour, pinch of salt, red chilli powder with little water to make thick batter. Dip corn and deep fry in the oil on sim heat till they become crispy. Heat oil in Kadhai saute chopped onion, tomato, ginger-garlic, pepper powder, add fried corn pieces with salt, soya sauce, ketchup and coriander- mix well. Now BABYCORN MANCHURIAN IS READY.
- Mix chopped onion, tomato, carrot, coriander, ground nuts, sweet chutney, green chutney, mixture and salt in a bowl. Now BHEL MASALA IS READY.
- Take puffed rice/murmura add bhel masala to it. Now Bhelpuri is ready. Add sev mixture and baby corn Manchurian-mix well. MANCHURIAN BHEL IS READY. Transfer to serving glass.
- Transfer to serving glass. Garnish with sev mixture pomegranate seeds and ketchup.
