- To prepare this chaat first prepare Stuffed Tomatoes. For this wash and clean the tomatoes under cold running water. Now cut off the top of the tomatoes. With a help of a knife, scoop out the seeds and pulp to get a cavity. Once it's done, keep the tomatoes aside. Sprinkle Little Rocksalt in each cavity. Also, reserve the seeds and pulp for the tangy sauce to go with it.

- Let it simmer till you get a nice thick sauce. Now add the stuffed tomatoes carefully with the stuffing facing you. Keep pouring the sauce on top of it for a good coat. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and nonspicy bhujia (sev).
