  3. Now put the khaman pot on flame...grease the plate with oil.
  4. Now add eno and hot oil in batter. Mix it it properly.
  5. Now pour it in greased plate.. Steam it for 20 minutes.
  6. After steam cool it. Cut the khaman
  7. Now prepare the tadka.
  8. Take a pan add oil mustard seeds,chillies and curry leaves in it add sugar mix it
  9. Add water in it, boil it,,sprinkle this tadka on khaman
  10. Yummy khaman is ready.
