  4. 1 tsp sabja/basil seeds
  5. 1/2 cup falooda sev/vermicelli
  6. 5 sliced pistachios
  7. 5 almonds
  8. 5-6 raisins
  9. 2 tsp Dry berries
  10. 2 Cherries
  11. as needed Tutti frutti in different colours

Instructions to make to make Shahi falooda

  1. Boil the milk and keep stirring to avoid the milk sticking to the bottom.
  2. Once the milk comes to a boil, add the sugar. Simmer till it reduces to 1 1/2cups.
  3. Get the milk off the flame. Let it cool down completely and then refrigerate it for a couple of hours.
  4. Once the milk is chilled, add the rose syrup to it and give it a stir.
  5. Meanwhile place a sauce pan with water over medium flame and bring it to a boil. Add vermicelli in it so that it softens. Once done, drain the water and transfer the cooked vermicelli in a bowl containing cold water.
  6. Soak basil seeds in the water for half an hour and allow them to bloom.
  7. In a glass, add the basil seeds followed by the vermicelli and milk.
  8. Garnish it with pistachios, almonds, raisins, tutti frutti, dry berries and cherry.
  9. Serve immediately to enjoy.
