  14. 2 tbsp chilli sauce
  15. 2 tbsp schezwan sauce
  16. 1 tbsp sugar

  1. Mash the boiled potatoes, add rice flour and oil in it mix well make fine dough of it
  2. Fill this dough in the sev making mashin,heat oil in the karai and fry sev like a nest one by one on medium flame to make it crispy
  3. Now heat oil in a separate Pan add onions Saute for 1 minute then add other vegetables and sauté for 2 minutes
  4. Mix 1.5 cup of water in the cornflour and keep it aside
  5. Now add ketchup,chilli sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper schezwan sauce,and corn flour paste in the pan and stir well.
  6. Stir for 3 to 4 minutes and switch off the flame
  7. Place the sev in the center and spread the hot choupsey over it.
