  20. as required Onion
  21. Gram flour sev (besan sev)
  22. As needed Pomegranate seeds
  23. some Green coriander leaves

  1. First heat ghee in a pan and roast the walnuts on low flame for 5 minutes. Transfer to another plate and leave to cool. Then heat 1 tsp ghee in the same pan, add Makhana, and roast till light golden colour. Remove to a plate and let cool.
  2. Now we will ensemble this BHEL. In a large bowl, add roasted makhana, roasted walnut pieces, chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped raw mango, chopped cucumber, chopped green chili, pomegranate seeds, and lemon juice.
