  2. Heat the oil in a kadhai and add the mustard seeds.
  3. When the seeds crackle, add the garlic and hing and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.
  4. Pour this tempering over the crumbled dhoklas and mix well.
  5. Add the sugar, coriander and mix well
  6. Just before serving, add the sev and mix well
  7. Serve immediately.
