  4. Mix sugar, pinch of salt and curd and keep it inn fridge.
  5. Fry vada in oil. And soak it in water for 5 minutes. Squeeze the vadas to remove extra water. Keep it in fridge to chill.
  6. Add vada and curd in bowl. Sprinkle chat masala, red chilli powder and dhania powder.
  7. Sprinkle some green chutney and imli chutney and sev for garnishing and enjoy chilled dahi vada.
