- 2 tsp Amchoor Powder

- 4 tbsp All-purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp Cornflour

- As needed Tamarind Chutney
- as per need Chilli Garlic Chutney

- In Boiled and Mashed Potatoes and green chilies chopped, salt to taste, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and amchoor powder. Add some chopped coriander too and give it a good mix.
