  7. 1tbsp oil
  8. 1 tsp baking soda
  9. 2 tbsp water
  10. 1 -Finely chopped chilli
  11. For Tempering
  12. 2 tbsp oil
  13. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  14. 2 -grated garlic
  15. 1/4 cup chopped cashew & Almond
  16. 1tsp Raisens
  17. 1tsp Hing
  18. 2 tsp Sugar syrup
  19. For Garnishig
  20. 1/4 cup chopped coriander
  21. 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  22. 1/4 cup besan sev
  23. 1/4 cup pomegranate

Instructions to make to make Shahi Amiri khaman

  1. Grind soaked gram dal curd green chilli,ginger & salt together with little water grind it like suji consistency
  2. Keep batter for fermentation for whole night
  3. Next day add 1- tbsp grated garlic.now heat oil add water when starts boiling tum off gas add baking soda & immediately pour on batter and mix well
  4. Grease ❤ shape mould with oil and pour batter evenly sprinkle chopped chilli on top cover & steam for 30 minutes
  5. Unmould and crumble with hands when cooled.Take a big kadai heat it on slow flame add mustard when starts cracking add hing cashew,almond,kismis and grated garlic cook for a while & add sugar syrup -3 tbsp and lastly add crumbled dhokla
  6. Add half of coriander,coconut,besan sev & pomegranate & keep half for final garnishing serve hot tasty shahi amiri khaman
