- Now keep 1 big bhagona on flame pour some water and put one stand in it now close bhagona,now take the contents of small sachet in 1 spoon water, dissolve it well and immediately add it to the paste while stirring the mix constantly till paste is formed. Pour the paste properly in a plate brushed with oil. Put this plate in to steam on high flame for 20 minutes.
- Remove the plate and cool it for 5 minutes. Now heat 50 gms oil in a pan add mustard seeds, green chillies, meetha neem allow it to spatter. Pour a cup of water in it. After boiling add lemon and sugar. Now cut the khaman into equal pieces. Now sprinkle that ready chounk on khaman.
- Khaman is ready for serve.
