- First heat 1 TSP oil in kadahi and roast jowar flour on slow flame till it changes colour,take it down n keep aside.
- Now cut chillies n onion,heat 4 TSP oil add mustard seeds, cumin seeds,when splutters add chillies,saute for 1/2 minute,add cut onion saute on slow flame till becomes golden.
- Now add roasted jowar flour,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt and mix well,saute for 2 minutes on slow flame.
- Add 1cup buttermilk and 1cup boiled water mix well,cover with lid,cook it for 5 minutes,then cook till it leaves the pan.
- Serve hot with sev or potato chivada on top.
