- 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander Chopped
Instructions to make to make Aloo Chaat
- Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add smashed potatoes with curd in the heat pan and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes in low flame
- Add salt, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala and lemon juice in the potatoes and mix it well.
- Transfer the potatoes in the saving bowl. Top with coriander chutney, tamarind chutney, curd, nylon sev, pomegranat seeds (if you have) and finally with fresh coriander.
