  2. Now heat oil in a pan. Wet your palm with water take batter and make vada and put in oil for fry. Fry till golden brown on both sides. And add in buttermilk. Leave it for a minimum 2 hours.
  3. Now serving time. Take a bowl put vada. Add sugar powder in curd mix well and pour on vada pour both chutney sprinkle jeeralu powder, black salt, red chilli powder salt, roasted cumin powder.
