- 1 Bowl Sev Bhujiya
- 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Chat Masala
- 1/2 tbsp Dry Mango Powder
- as per taste Salt
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Steps to make to make Papad (Papad Chat)
- For papad chat, we will first make its topping.
- In a bowl add Onion, Tomato, Capsicum, Cucumber and Coriander Leaves. Add Chat Masala, Salt, Dry Mango Powder, Red Chilli Powder. Mix it properly.
- Turn on the flame and heat a tawa on a high flame. Once the tawa is heated, put the papad in it. Roasted till browned on both sides. Use the spatula to keep the papad flat.
- Once the papad has roasted properly, take it out on a plate.
- Put the prepared mixture on roasted papad. Spread the mixture well. Sprinkle Bhujiya on top. At last sprinkle little chat masala. Let's squeeze lemon juice.
- Papad Chat is absolutely ready. Serve immediately.
