- Take a Bowl add all-purpose flour, Semolina,Desi ghee,salt-1/2 tsp.mix well.
- Make a tight dow.rest the Dow for 10 minutes.then make a thin roti shape with a rolling pin.
- Take any bottle cap,cut in circles of the roti.then take a fork and make impression on the circle.
- Fry circles in oil on medium heat.Papdi is ready then place in the Serving Plate.
- Add Boiled Mashed Potatoes, Tomato, onions, green chilli on these Papdi. Sprinkle all the Spices on the Papdi.now add Dhaniya Pudina Chutney on the Papdi.
- Now add Curd, Tamarind Chutney on the Papdi. Sprinkle some Spices again.Garinsh with Coriander leaves and Sev.
